4.Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
5.Shipping
We ship within the United States. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
6.Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only where a product is verifiably defective, non-conforming, or damaged in transit, and where the claim is submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
7.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Protocol's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or the use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Prime Protocol be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
